Do you believe honesty is always best?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 28, 2009:

I believe 100% honesty with yourself is necessary for complete awareness.  As far as what to tell others, my intention is to be honest and open, but I have realized that there are times when the higher good is not served by telling all.  Despite this sounding like a cliche, there are some people that cannot handle our truth.

Teaching is a great example of this.  If you say too much at one time, it can be confusing and overwhelming.  Some wisdom is best shared in measures.
