This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for April 29, 2008:
Everyone has unique gifts, some seeming to deviate from the skills and gifts that society showers with rewards. So there is a hesitancy to openly express and shine forth, a concern that we are not worthy. The way to bring out the greatness in others is to show appreciation and gratitude for people as they are, and for the gifts they express. Then there needs to be the atmosphere of non-judgment where it is safe to open up and express. Mix this with the vision of adventure and discovery to overcome new challenges and the unknown. And the cherry on top is remind all that greatness is our birthright, expressing magnificence is our purpose, and our light is meant to shine before all brighter than the sun!
