I am love and light and all there is, being in its full expression.  I have had moments of hopelessness and despair and moments of incredible passionate bliss and I have experienced the many colors, contours and sensations in between.  I have the heart of a child loving to play and laugh and the heart of a spiritual warrior with a passion for discovery.  I am refining my practice every day to be in my true nature of enlightenment and I want to help others do the same.  I have much too share, I have much to learn, I have so much love in my heart.
